The heavenly Father deals with all who are His children by considering eternity. If you are His child, you know you can count on God, whom you have tested and whose love you have experienced. Do you trust your earthly father? Then consider how much more you should trust your heavenly Father. Since He already knows that you need certain things, why would you doubt Him? Tell Him that you don’t want to talk or act or be guided by any feeling of love or hate in your heart except for His glory, according to His will.
And He “shall supply all your need,” not merely according to the riches of His grace, but “…according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19).
The foundation for all blessing is God’s grace. And your blessing will be drawn from the rich supplies of His grace—which can never be exhausted. Through every action of grace in your heart, you have the all-powerfulness of God at work to bless you. And He “shall supply all your need,” not merely according to the riches of His grace, but “…according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19).
Are you bound, broke or sick? God says, “Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in Mine house, and prove Me now herewith…if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it” (Malachi 3:10). Then God will command your blessing to come and richly supply you with goods. He’ll open up His good treasure, and make you the head, not the tail (see Deuteronomy 28:8). God is going to come through, and you can be part of it. Get busy now. Pray and believe that your promises are coming through!
One word from God will keep you going forward, so get up—don’t stay down! He is getting ready to do something extraordinary! The devil has tried to prevent it, but don’t give up now! Stop pouting and tell him, “My blessings are coming through!” God is just about ready to send a breakthrough in your life!
Those who don’t believe will see blessings come, but won’t be able to receive them. Yet you can have all that God says you can—including His hand over your life offering blessings of love, power and meaning—if you’ll only continue to believe.
It does not matter how wonderful your past experience of God’s blessings have been. They’ll be useless without loving fellowship with Him. But these blessings will not come until you first learn that “God is love,” and begin to see that your greatest glory and blessing is to become like God and Christ, by giving up everything in yourself for God and your fellow men.
If you will make that utter, actual and ultimate surrender to God that is both pure and perfect, He will wonderfully bless you—if you believe this is possible. Think what God has promised you, and what He can do to fill a vessel given completely over to Him! He has prepared unheard of divine blessings, much more wonderful and mighty than you can even imagine. “…Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him” (1 Corinthians 2:9). He wants to bless you far beyond what you expect.
Keep believing that God has wonderful blessings for you, if you will just stand for Him and say, “God, I accept Your demands and I give myself to You, along with all I have.”
Have you been searching for an answer month after month, year after year? You may not see it yet—but your blessing is coming through soon and hasn’t passed you by. It’s not too late! Now is not the time to give up! Keep believing that your blessing is on its way, and one day you won’t have room to receive it all! Keep believing that God has wonderful blessings for you, if you will just stand for Him and say, “God, I accept Your demands and I give myself to You, along with all I have.” If you will anchor your faith in Christ and Him crucified, you and your whole household will be blessed!
